PROCESS
Work Process is as follows: Information about commission gathered-> Sketches ->Colors->Render with updates on each stage.
Sketch amounts can be anywhere from 2-6 variations, 6+ being for emotes. If the client requires more sketches they must provide clarification and examples of what they are looking to have changed. If the sketch amount becomes too high the artist may require further compensation.DEADLINES
Deadlines and Completion are approx. 1-2 week for sketches and up to two weeks for render, times may vary by days and can be completed earlier. If the Client requires a rushed order they may request it at an additional fee. The complication of the piece determines the fee amount and is up to the artist.COMPENSATION
The Client will pay the discussed amount of the project to the artist as either two broken-up payments, half up front and a half before sending the final, or may choose to pay the whole amount at once upfront.
For example, a commission is 60, either pay 30 at the time of start and 30 at the end of the whole amount at the start.
Additional fees will be charged for revisions that are not due to any fault on the part of the Artist made after (5) minor changes, and for revisions reflecting a new direction to the assignment or new conceptual input.(This is only done in the sketch phase)
Additional revisions after the project is completed can not be more than color shifting or minuscule changes or additional fees may be requested.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY - I the artist retain the right to promote, share, and publish any artwork produced by me during the commission.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.Upfront payments partial payments are non-refundable if the sketch phase is near completion if not completed. Cancellation during this phase means the client will not need to pay the second half but will not be refunded the initial half payment. If the work is complete the client is still responsible for paying the artist the whole amount, if the client refuses, rights to the piece will be revoked and the artist has the right to sell the completed piece.
